The Road to Ergo Expo 2015

We are pleased to announce that WorkWhileWalking and WorkWhileStanding will be attending this year’s Ergo Expo Show in Las Vegas. From November 17 – 20, over a hundred manufacturers of ergonomic products will gather in Caesar’s Palace to exhibit the latest and greatest the office fitness industry has to offer, and our editorial team will be right there in the thick of the action. In anticipation of next week’s show, allow us to tell you a little bit about Ergo Expo and what you can look forward to in the coming weeks.

Where Ergonomics is King

The National Ergonomics Conference & Ergo Expo is the largest, longest-running ergonomics event in the country. Ergo Expo attendees are looking for tools to build and implement ergonomic corporate wellness programs as well as encourage a health-promoting organizational culture across all industries. At Ergo Expo, you’ll see ergonomists, occupational health nurses, physical therapists, design engineers, facility managers, and anyone else for whom ergonomic health and productivity are priorities. Aside from the vendors, Ergo Expo will feature presentations from some of the biggest names in office fitness, ergonomics, and occupational health. More than just a simple product showcase, the event is an education opportunity to immerse ourselves in the latest research in corporate wellness. As devoted ergonomics and wellness nuts ourselves, Ergo Expo is the perfect chance for us to mingle with like minds and bring you the most current knowledge in this area.

What to Look Forward to

A flurry of product reviews, for one. For four days, the Octavius Ballroom in Caesar’s Palace will be filled wall-to-wall with stand up desks, sit stand workstations, office treadmills, and ergonomic accessories, as over a hundred office fitness manufacturers come together to showcase their newest projects. For us, Ergo Expo is an opportunity not just to shake hands with established leaders and manufacturers, but to meet the industry’s rising stars and see the future of office fitness. At the Expo, we’ll experience firsthand the newest products on the horizon, as well as a sneak preview of products that are still in development. Some of the biggest names in office fitness will be there, including Ergotron, Humanscale, iMovR, and LifeSpan, and we’re excited to see what they have to unveil.

Not Everything in Vegas Stays in Vegas

We made sure to pack our most comfortable shoes for what will certainly be several packed days on the exhibition floor.
